2025 Annual Employee Anniversary Dinner Recap

On the evening of Tuesday, June 17, 2025, Homeward Bound celebrated its dedicated staff at the Annual Employee Anniversary Dinner, hosted at the elegant Edinburgh USA Golf Club. The event honored employees who have reached three or more years of service, recognizing their commitment, compassion, and contributions to the organization.

🏆 Honoring Our Dedicated Team

Employees celebrating service milestones were the stars of the night. Each anniversary honoree received a special bonus, calculated based on both their hours worked in 2024 and their total years of service—a meaningful way to reward both dedication and effort.

As part of the festivities, honorees were also entered into an exciting prize drawing, where 30 VISA gift cards ranging in value from $50 to $300 were awarded throughout the evening. Check out this video featuring the prize winners! Anniversary honorees who were not able to attend the dinner will be entered into a separate drawing, winners will be announced on Friday, June 20th.

🌟 Recognizing Outstanding Performance

A highlight of the night was the recognition of our 2024 Employees of the Month, who were each acknowledged for their excellence and reliability. Capping off the recognition, Rob Edwards took the stage to announce the 2024 Employee of the Year: Mary Murray, DSP Appointment Floater.

Mary received resounding applause as she accepted a commemorative trophy and a $1,500 bonus for her exemplary performance and unwavering dedication.
