Employer Contributions & Vesting Provisions
Homeward Bound may make a Matching Contribution on your behalf if you make Salary Deferrals to the Plan. The Matching Contribution will vary depending on the number of years you have worked for us. For this purpose, a Year of Service is based on Elapsed Time.
- 1 year of service: Matching Contribution equal to 1% a discretionary percentage
- 2 years of service: Matching Contribution equal to 2% a discretionary percentage
- 3 years of service: Matching Contribution equal to 3% a discretionary percentage
- 4 years of service: Matching Contribution equal to 4% a discretionary percentage
