Homeward Bound Receives $26,000 Workforce Development Grant from Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation

Homeward Bound is proud to announce it has received a $26,000 grant from the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation to support workforce development initiatives that strengthen leadership, growth opportunities, and employee development across the organization.

The funding will help expand professional development opportunities for staff through employee scholarships, participation in the Rec Retreat in Ely, and Leadership Academy programming planned for the first quarter of 2027. These initiatives support employees’ professional growth, leadership development, and long-term success within the human services field.
