HR Specialist
As an HR Specialist you will be primarily responsible for employee records, new hire onboarding, processing new hires, transfers, terminations and other employee changes, and ensuring HR information system data integrity. Assumes additional responsibilities as requested and necessary to maintain the integrity of the service area. Join our team, make a difference!
Qualifications

Two years of related Human Resources experience required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

Experience in the Health & Human Services industry preferred

Valid MN Driver’s License with acceptable driving record required

Proficiency with computers, smart phones, and other technology required.

Knowledge of software, programs and equipment used (UKG Ready, MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong attention to detail
