Celebrating Our Totino-Grace Student Volunteers and Community Partners
This year has marked an incredible push to re-engage with our surrounding communities—a renewed sense of purpose inspired by our Recreation Reboot initiative and brought to life through the simple belief that many hands doing a little can create something truly meaningful.
That spirit was on full display at our Lee House last week as student volunteers from Totino-Grace Youth Ministry helped install the first of our two new Little Free Libraries. Their energy, teamwork, and genuine enthusiasm brought this project from idea to reality, building not just a structure, but a bridge between our residents and the broader community.
We are also deeply grateful to Holmes Murphy, our at-large partner whose generous gift made these libraries possible. Their commitment to community engagement and belief in the power of connection beautifully align with our mission—reminding us that progress is always a shared effort.
The theme of “It Takes Two!” could not be more fitting. It takes partners who care. It takes volunteers who show up. It takes residents who participate. And it takes all of us, together, choosing community every single day.
To the Totino-Grace Youth Ministry: thank you for your time, your spirit, and your willingness to serve.
To Holmes Murphy: thank you for investing in our residents and helping us strengthen the neighborhoods we call home.
