Celebrating HBI Thank You Week 2025
This past month, we had the privilege of celebrating Thank You Week, a special time dedicated to recognizing the heart and soul of our organization — our staff. Each day, we highlighted a different group of team members whose contributions ensure we continue to thrive and fulfill our mission.
Day 1: Direct Care Staff
We began the week by honoring our Direct Care Staff, the compassionate professionals who work side by side with the individuals we serve. Their dedication, patience, and care are at the very core of everything we do, and we are endlessly grateful for their impact.
Day 2: Nursing Staff
On day two, we turned the spotlight to our Nursing Staff. With skill, empathy, and steady commitment, they provide healing and comfort, bringing expertise and compassion to those who depend on their care every day.
Day 3: PM, NCM, Admin, Maintenance, and Support Staff
Our week continued with a focus on the behind-the-scenes heroes: PM, NCM, Admin, Maintenance, and other Support Staff. These team members keep operations running smoothly and ensure that every detail, large or small, supports our shared mission. They are the backbone that allows everything else to shine.
Wrapping Up with Gratitude
As we closed out Thank You Week, one theme remained clear: every single staff member plays a vital role in our success. From direct care to nursing, from administration to maintenance, and every support role in between — together, you form the heartbeat of our organization.
We are humbled by your hard work, compassion, and resilience. While Thank You Week gave us the chance to shine a light on your efforts, our gratitude extends well beyond this celebration. Thank you for making a difference every single day.
