Nancy Dennis has been selected as Homeward Bound’s Employee of the Month for September!
Nancy Dennis – DSP, is super upbeat and positive, and she loves interacting with the individuals living at Fountain Lane. Her favorite part of working at HBI is connecting with the people at the house—she truly enjoys working with them and their families and can’t imagine a more fulfilling job. Nancy is so big hearted, that she wanted to make sure to give a big shout-out to her co-workers, saying that without them, her job wouldn’t be as special, and their support makes all the difference.
Nancy feels really fortunate and grateful to work at HBI; she gets so much back from the people at the house, and it truly feels like a blessing. At home, she enjoys spending time with her kids and family, cooking, playing games, getting out to enjoy fun activities together.

Homeward Bound’s Employee of the Month Program started in January 2023 by popular demand from staff who shared ideas and concerns with HBI management at town hall meetings in Fall 2022. The selection process is done via blind voting to ensure that the winner is selected only for the exceptional life-enriching care they provide to people.
