Emmanuel Ageyi has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication and care in his role at the Bluebird House. His remarkable ability to connect and understand the needs of all 4 people living in the house is truly commendable. One particular bond that stands out is the strong connection he has developed with Calli. When she has a hard time, Emmanuel knows how to comfort her and bring a sense of peace to her.

Homeward Bound’s Employee of the Month Program started in January 2023 by popular demand from staff who shared ideas and concerns with HBI management at town hall meetings in Fall 2022.
