At Homeward Bound, we are blessed with colleagues whose compassion, love, and kindness are evident in every area of their lives. Work environments in which people genuinely care about each other inevitably produce a sense of loyalty that is difficult to find in the modern workplace.
We are blessed to report that 57% of Homeward Bound’s employees have been with the company more than 3 years. Our longest-term employee, Suzanne T, has been with Homeward Bound 48 years!
Suzanne says the most rewarding part of working at Homeward Bound is the relationships she has developed with the people she works with.

She says working with them regularly you can see how much they really do understand things. They make her happy and smile. She enjoys the everyday experiences with them, they come to be part of the family.
