Homeward Bound’s annual Employee Satisfaction Survey drives organizational improvement and celebrates what we do well.
In 2023, employees reported an increase in job satisfaction in every category!
Relationships with co-workers, the people we serve, and their families/guardians are consistently ranked year after year as the best part about working at HBI!
Furthermore, 91% of employees agree they have the opportunity to do what they do best every day.
The biggest improvements employees reported last year were related to employee appreciation, overall morale, professional development, and benefits.
Looking forward, Homeward Bound will continue cultivating a respectful, inclusive, and fun workplace with a focus on providing excellent care to the people we serve and their families!
