2023 Employee of the Year Announced at Employee Anniversary Dinner

Tuesday, June 11th was Homeward Bound’s Annual Employee Anniversary Dinner!
Employees with at least 3 years of service, all the way up to 48 years and counting, were recognized for their commitment to the organization and the people we serve. Words cannot express how important it is to the people we serve and their families to have consistent staff who know them best and genuinely care for their wellbeing. Employees with Perfect Attendance for the entire year of 2023 were also recognized, and Delsa Cintron-Piazza was announced as the 2023 Employee of the Year!
Homeward Bound salutes all the Direct Support Professionals, Nurses, Program Managers and Administrative Staff who have dedicated their careers to serving our most vulnerable neighbors.
Words cannot express how important it is to those we serve, and their families/guardians, to have consistent staff who know them best and genuinely care for their wellbeing.
Over 55% of Homeward Bound staff have been with the organization more than 3 years, with 5 staff celebrating 40+ years!
