Employee of the Month – December 2024
January 13, 2025

Prince consistently brings positivity and focus to the lives of individuals at Medicine Lake. He joined our team after being inspired by his sister, Kennedia Davis. His sister Rebecca Knuckles also works with Homeward Bound.
Prince is deeply honored to be recognized for his work by his coworkers. He shared the importance of maintaining a positive attitude and staying focused on the clients, leaving personal challenges at the door to create a supportive environment for those he serves. He considers the individuals he cares for as part of his family and takes great pride in the house he works in,describing his coworkers and clients as a second family. Seeing them every day brings him joy and pride at being part of their lives.
Balancing his professional and personal life is important to him, and he makes time for activities like working out, reading, and other activities to care for his mind and well-being. While naturally quiet, he’s committed to growing as a leader and staying engaged in his role, always with the clients’ best interests at heart. He believes that focusing on what truly matters – the clients – will lead to positive outcomes for both the individuals he serves and himself.
We are grateful for his hard work, dedication, and the positive impact he has on our team and clients.
